About Us

The Clarity Path (TCP) is an expert‑led, non‑nurse‑led behavioral strategy model informed by independent BCBA consultation. We specialize in personalized tutoring, executive function coaching, social‑emotional learning, and adaptive educational strategies for individuals with disabilities in California’s Self‑Determination Program.

Our work centers on helping learners build practical skills, strengthen independence, and develop confidence through individualized, strengths‑based approaches. TCP focuses on the how of learning — the strategies, supports, and methods that help each student thrive.

We do not provide billing, FMS coordination, or administrative services. All fiscal and compliance‑related functions are handled by Empowering Consulting Group (ECG), our administrative partner.

Bridging the learning Gap

The Clarity Path (TCP) was created to support learners in the California Self‑Determination Program through individualized educational and behavioral strategy services. We focus on strengthening executive functioning, academic confidence, and social‑emotional skills through personalized, strengths‑based approaches. Our mission is to help each learner build practical tools for independence while honoring their unique needs and goals.

Supporting Your SDP Journey

TCP works alongside families participating in the Self‑Determination Program by providing educational strategy, tutoring, and skill‑building services aligned with IPP goals. We help families understand how learning supports fit into their Spending Plan and collaborate with Independent Facilitators and Regional Center teams to ensure services match the learner’s developmental priorities.

Tools That Support Real‑World Growth

Our approach emphasizes clarity, structure, and consistency. Through individualized coaching, we help learners build routines, strengthen communication skills, and develop executive functioning strategies that support daily life. Families receive transparent updates and progress summaries to stay connected to the learner’s growth and evolving needs.

Flexible, Learner‑Centered Services

Every learner’s needs are different. TCP offers adaptable support pathways that can include academic tutoring, executive function coaching, social‑emotional learning, and interest‑based skill development. We work with families to design a plan that reflects the learner’s strengths, preferences, and long‑term goals.
